    How to measure your foot?
    - Place a paper on the floor with one end against the wall.
    - Place your foot on the paper with your heel against the wall.
    - Take a pencil and mark the end of your longest toe on the paper.
    - Repeat for your other foot.
    - Measure the distance in cm from the wall (heel) to the longest point (toe) marked on the paper. Take the larger of the two measurements.
    - Add 0.5 cm to this measurement and refer to the "CM" line of the size chart above. By correspondence you will get your size.
  4. #RETURNS#

    If you are not happy with the product you can send it back within 14 days after receiving the good(s).

    Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition in the original packaging. all tags and any essential addition to the packaging must be returned.

    Please fill out a return request here.

    When a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong color/size. we will pay for the shipping costs in the form of a refund. in all other cases you will have to pay for the shipping costs of the returned good(s). you will be responsible for the return shipment.  if applicable a refund or credit memo will be issued within 14 working days. in case of an exchange, if the desired product is not available you will receive a credit memo. Discounted items or products bought during a sale are non-returnable/non-refundable.
  5. #DELIVERY#

    All our deliveries are hand delivered and require a signature, they are also fully insured against theft, loss or damage during transport. In case of damaged package it will be imperative to notify the carrier upon receipt in order to enforce the guarantee.

    All tracking numbers will be emailed within a dispatch email when your order is shipped.
